Our Community Series is designed specifically for animal caregivers to learn massage to utilize for the own animal. These community-level courses do not provide certification as an animal massage therapist.

Community Series

​Our four-legged, furry family members hold a special place in our lives and hearts.  We all want to be active participants in their health and well-being.  Animal caregivers that learn basic massage techniques are equipped to bring this healing modality directly to their animals at home.
At-home massage can be used for numerous situations and in support of many animal lifestyles.  Here are a few examples:

• Pain control for arthritis
• Faster recovery times after surgery or injury
• Relief for anxiety, stress, or grief

• Improved human-animal bonding
• Pre- and post-workout for athletic animals
• Palliative & hospice comfort care

OfficeHours | Animal Massage TopicsThis VIRTUAL time is available for community members, graduates, and students to gather with questions and build community connection.  This 90min block of time is facilitated by an alternating calendar of our instructors and community members.  The fourth Friday focuses specifically on animal massage topics.
